A Lethal Impact on Indonesian Society Behaviour- I

This theme is based on my personal perspectives after several months approaches in society in Jakarta, there are several habit that i personally critize that inpacted on some aspect :
1. Arrogant
This is one of Indonesian people characteristics, that widely spred in society but never been realized. Example : Some people think that they are strong enough, giant, and powerfull, especially if we see in the traditional market, act like they father own the markets, riot in market, that is a dummy action. They should realize that they just a pin-poin that is worthless in society view, think that what they have done is great, attract people's attention but the oppposite happen.

Another example, happen in educational enviromental. The cases about teacher to students, or lecture to students. Lecturer always think that they have power among the classes, they can blamed students for mistaken, when student ask question, they may say they are busy, or blamed students as "dummy", and stated"How can you didn't understand such of easy question like this?, or maybe he just stay silence, and explain a bit, like have no intention to explain it.

2. Greedy
Another behaviour that oftenly happen in Indonesia. The example of greediness in Indonesia is high rate of corruption, high return of expectation with less consideration and efforts. i classified this habit as one of Indoenesian major characteristic, because it often happen but we are not realize that is already in progress, it happens from small scale till the large scale.

In the small scale we can see, the free-rider tax taker that often happened in traditional market. Do you know??when Metromini pass a certain area, they have to pay unknown tax that are maked by the "civillian" around there as a compensation of safety and road-tax - as they said. This an implication how greedy our peole are, even a small think like that should be happened. Data have researched, 1,7 MegaBillion Rupiahs have flown away in a year because of that unknown money-taxation. Can we imagine if such a money like that is being used in another good ways?

3. Lazy
Yaeh, we have discussed so many times about this. There are also so many implications that we can see on this aspect. HIgh Rate of Unemployment(In term of no efforts of job-search in 4 weeks), HIgh-Wating TIme Consumption in relation to job effectiveness and productivity ( a measurement to see how the works are done uneffectively and wasting time, low consciousness of educational, and mind-shaping behaviour ( low quality of bachelors degree, low knowledge and realization in public, low productivity, student lazyness and etc.)

Lazy become one of major problem that are facing Indoenesian governments in their mission to move forward and foster the growth. We are all know, in order to reach that missions, all society have to involve directly, society have to support government efforts. But what happened is the opposite, people are careless about this things, they would have think " For what i have to do a things that has no benefit for me, even in national context". This is happened because we're lazy,,careless,,and forceless. We already proud for what have been done, however another countries that are great that us still inovate, foster their advancement to strenghten the national security and development.

Me personally, suggest that this behave have to be changed, often, there are no pressure that faced us(sometimes pressure is needed to forced the motivation and self-consciousness), and i believe that an otocratic system have to be applied again, in some context that have became too democratic that impacted on massive tolerance that is not supposed to be. Societies,in general, often misunderstood in anaysing it. They think that the freedom that is given to them have to be fully aspirated, they always said " in the name of societies", eventough that just a curtain to hide their initial purpose
